As I near the end of this Body Burn phase, I’m reflecting on how much has shifted—not just physically, but in how I view food and wellness overall.
With the help of bioactive precision peptides and a focus on real, nourishing foods, I’ve released over 8 pounds and 6 inches. And I’m not done yet.
Here’s what’s surprised me most:
- Eating meals that are good for my body can actually be simple—and delicious.
- I found a pea protein powder that doesn’t taste like dust (big win for my sensitive system—hello Truvani!).
- Some of my new favorite snacks? Air-fried chickpeas and my PB Power Balls.

Best of all, I haven’t done this alone.
A few other Glimmer Gals joined me this month—one finally broke a stubborn plateau and dropped over 5 pounds, and another is feeling more hydrated, energized, and better all around. The support and shared wins have been so encouraging!
Yes, I still enjoyed some camping food—s’mores and an individual-size bag of Doritos made the cut. But I chose portioned treats over family-size bags, which made it easier to be mindful without missing out. And the grandkids? They loved having veggies and fruit for snacking too. Small, intentional choices add up.
If you’re tired of complicated plans, crash diets, or just feeling stuck—I get it. But there is a better way. These nature-powered wellness products work with your body to help you feel and function better.
