Here is a day-by-day summary of my first ever incentive trip.
Day 1
If you need me, I will be soaking up the salt, sun, and sand right here at the Barceló in Riviera Maya, Mexico while sipping bottomless cocktails and hanging out with a bunch of sideline sisters, including sideline teammates Angela, Megan, Eva, & Krista, who have all earned previous incentive trips.

Day 2
Another fun day at the Riviera Maya Destination Color trip! Started with an amazing training this morning, followed by pool time, 🍹food, 🍹, more pool, tacos 🌮, and a walk on the beach. I’m meeting so many amazing people on this trip and am blessed to be here. Just like anything worthwhile, it took effort and teamwork for me to be here but this is an amazing reward!

Day 3
More fun in the sun today with this amazing Color Street community!
Day started with a dolphin show and a bus ride where I met more beautiful stylists (there are many here- but there’s room for you!!). I spent some time reading on the beach, applied tons of sunscreen, and then hopped in the pool and enjoyed sharing ideas about upcoming products and business tips – there may have been some shots and shenanigans, also! 💦
We enjoyed a hibachi dinner (another first for me) with teammates and ended the evening with a Las Vegas themed show with singing and dancing at a neighboring resort. I have to give a special shout-out to Nurse/Stylist Melissa for sharing her bottle of aloe vera gel because, even though I applied multiple layers of sunscreen, I still got a nasty ☀️🔥 = 🍅

Day 4
Final full day of the trip was self-care Sunday. After morning devotions, Angela and I went to the spa for an amazing hydrotherapy session, a little shopping and spent most of the afternoon reading, relaxing on my patio, staying out of the sun (I got REALLY sunburnt yesterday). Enjoyed one last float in the pool, where I found my swimsuit twin, before heading to the Farewell Fiesta.

I am still in awe that I am here with amazing founding stylists and gemstone directors. Me, the girl who only moved up one rank during the enrollment period, which proves that really anyone that had a desire to work towards a goal can achieve great things. Getting here wasn’t easy, it took implementing training and suggestions from those who have done this before, followed by hard-work and teamwork.

I’m already starting to build points for next years trip to Montego Bay. You can start earning points, also, and join the fun in Jamaica. It’s the perfect time to start your own stylist business and start earning your own trip points – ask me how!

This is my first incentive trip with Color Street and I am so excited to be here! This would not be possible without my amazing customers, my supportive husband and those new stylists that took a chance on me and this opportunity!
